The hotel had a central location and it was close to a glitzy lakeside casino.

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Lucerne, had much fun and met consistently courteous staff at the front reception desk. The location was wonderful and excellent, short distance from a main station. There was a lake and a harbour short distance from the place. I was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner. The view over the lake from the window was exceptional.

The hotel had a marvellous location minute walk from a glitzy lakeside casino. It was also set short distance from the main station.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was a bit too soft.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to several tourist spots and the promenade in the center of old town and the centre of Lüzern. Brilliant location close to the Lion monument, and the rooms were bright and unique. The vibe here was QUIET.

Our hotel is set in a very central location just next door to historic St Leodegar church and easy walk from the station, and the lake and buses. Take a look at Old Town district, it's worth it.

Pet-friendly hotel with very amiable staff at the front reception desk. Beautifully decorated unit on level 3. Perfect and comfortable location, relatively near Old Town Shopping Mall. Lovely area near to close to the old town, the lake and the mountains and the church of St Leodegar. Honestly no reason to complain...
